At GAMA, we’re working on a cutting-edge solution for diagnosing potential failures in older hardware—technology that’s over 20 years old, where components like wiring, PCBs, and power boards degrade, overheat, and wear out over time.

What We Aim to Offer:

Thermal Imaging Diagnostics: Using thermal imaging, we’ll be able to detect which machines are more likely to fail by comparing heat signatures from various parts with those of a healthy machine. Instead of training hundreds of technicians to analyze this complex data, our algorithm will automate the comparison process, allowing any technician to take thermal images according to a standardized procedure.

Smart Algorithm & Reporting: Our software will generate reports showing the percentage of overheating or wear in different machine parts. For example, “Part A is 100% overheated compared to a healthy sample,” or “Module X is 10% worn out.” This data will allow businesses to make informed decisions about which machines are at risk.

Optimized Equipment Distribution: For companies with machines distributed across the country, this solution will help predict which units are likely to fail. You can keep machines in optimal condition in remote areas to minimize travel costs, while moving potentially faulty units closer to cities where repairs are faster and more accessible.
